      TO be SOLD by AUCTION, on the premises, on Friday, March 22nd, 1844, by Mr. HENRY SALTER, under an execution from the Sheriff (duty free),—All the LIVE and DEAD FARMING STOCK, HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, about 20 Acres of Wheat, Five Acres of Tares, a quantity of Hay and Straw, to be fed off on the premises; wood, Turnips, Apple Mill, Cider Press, and numerous other Effects, which will be mentioned in catalogues, to be had at the Red Lion Inn, Petersfield; Flying Bull Inn, Rake: Eagle Inn, Midhurst; the Inns at Rogate; the place of Sale; the Sheriff's Officer, Petworth; and of Mr. Henry Salter, Surveyor, Auctioneer, Estate Agent, &c., Arundel.
