WAGGA, Wednesday. —
A coach belonging to Mr. McAlistor, of the Australian Hotel, being at the railway terminus on the arrival of the train, last night, was left standing by the driver. One of the passengers by the train put a child in the coach, believing the driver to be on the seat. The horses bolted down Baylis-street, upsetting the coach ; the result being that the child, whose name is Zillah Ida Ashlin, daughter of Mr. S. Ashlin, of Burwood, sustained injuries from which death resulted. The driver of the coach, was arrested, and afterwards released on bail.
