I, Edward Taylor Hudson, Chaplain of Bridewell Hospital, and Minister of Bridewell Preceinct, in the City of London, do hereby solemnly declare that the several writings hereto annexed, purporting to be copies of the several entries contained in the Register Book of Baptisms of this Hospital and Precinct aforesaid, from the first day of January to the thirty first day of December last, are true copies of all the several entries in the said Register Book from the first day of January to the said thirty-first day of Decemnber; and that no other entry during said period is contained in any such Book and that the copies are truly mad according to the best of my knowledge and belief.
