    Text John Harvey, Deceased Pursuant to an Act of Parliament 22nd and 23rd Vic., cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property." Notice is hereby given, that the creditors and all the persons having any claim or demand on the estate of John Harvey, late of Gloucester House, Ludgate-hill, in the city of London, Haberdasher and Silk Mercer, and of Clapham Common, in the county of Surrey, deceased (who died on the 5th day of June, 1867, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of Her Majesty's Court of Probate, on the 1st day of November, 1867, by John Hewetson, of Catherine court, Tower-hill, in the city of London, Corn Factor, George Francis Trollope, of Parliament-street, Westminster, in the county of Middlesex, Esq., William Harvey, of Claremont Villa, Streatham-hill, in the county of Surrey, Corn Merchant, and John Harvey, of Gloucester House, Ludgate-hill, in the said city of London, Silk Mercer and Haberdasher, the executors of the said will), are hereby required to send the particulars of their respective debts or claims to the undersigned, Richard Boswell Beddome, of No. 27, Nicholas-lane, Lombard-street, London, the Solicitor for the said executors, on or before the 1st day of March, 1868, at the expiration of which time the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said John Harvey, deceased, among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts and claims of which such executors shall then have had notice; and that the said executors will not after that time be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim such exceutors shall not then have had notice.
