MEETING OF THE RELIEF COMMITTEE.

     Yesterday, a meeting of the Relief Committee was held in St Mary’s Hall, Lord LEIGH in the Chair.

     In opening the business of the meeting, his Lordship observed that since Wednesday last he had received a few subscriptions, but they had been considerably reduced, the total amounted to £300. Two or three of the collections possessed special interest, and he would therefore mention them.
