TWELFTH HANTS RIFLE CORPS.—On Tuesday, the 9th instant, weather permitting, or on Thursday the 11th, a challenge cup, the gift of the Sergeant-Instructor of musketry, will be competed for at Helmington-bottom, at the several ranges. An entrance fee of threepence by each member, to be taken by the winner of each contest, when it is hoped that every member will attend. The first match of seven rounds at 200 yards.
