PETERSFIELD.
The I. Battery, 4th Brigade Royal Artillery, consisting of one captain, one lieutenant, and about 220 men, under the command of Major Barstow, arrived in this town on Tuesday from Hilsea, en route to Aldershot. The K. Battery, 4th Brigade, consisting of two lieutenants, one surgeon, and about 200 men for the same destination, also from Hilsea, arrived on Wednesday, under the command of Col. Shakespeare. On Thursday one captain, three lieutenants, and 120 men of the 6th Dragoon Guards, under the command of Major Bott, en route from Dorchester to Aldershot, arrived, when the fife and drum band of the 12th Hants Rifles met them on their arrival, and escorted them into the town.
