ROGATE.
ACCIDENT.—On Sunday evening last as two persons were travelling in a phæton from Billingshurst to Buriton, having passed through Rogate about the distance of hundred yards, the horse ran up a hill which leads into a field and turned the trap over into the turnpike road. Fortunately neither person sustained any injury. One shaft was broken, but a little assistance from the ‟natives” set them on the road again, with their adventure to chat over.
