PETERSFIELD.
ACCIDENT FROM TROLLING HOOPS.—On Wednesday afternoon, between five and six o’clock, a little boy, son of Mr. Barham, of Ramshill Cottage, aged about eight years, was trolling his hoop along the Portsmouth road past the Dolphin Hotel. At the same time Mr. Nash, butcher, turned the corner, and was about passing down the same, when the poor boy in following his hoop was knocked down by the horse and the wheel paused over his shoulder and along his back. Upon being raised he stood for some time in a stupefied stale, when he was taken home in a fly.
