PETERSFIELD.—A fatal accident from burning occurred on Friday last to a girl named Jane Spencer, about 16 years of age, in the service of Mr. Stent, of Golden Ball-street, who was engaged in cleaning candlesticks at the fire, when by some means the flame caught her dress, and she was so severely burnt that she died in a few hours. Mrs. Stent was also a good deal burnt about the hands in attempting to extinguish the flames.
