RAILWAY ALTERATION OF TRAINS.—The August Time Table gives the following Alterations on the Direct Line: the 12.0 train from Portsmouth arrives here at 12.38, instead of 12.42 as heretofore; the first Down train leaves Waterloo at 7.40, arriving here at 9.35; and the 11.30 from Waterloo, reaches here at 1.10 instead of 1.20.
