PETERSFIELD
The adage that ‟one misfortune never comes alone,” was verified here on Monday the 11th inst., in the case of a young man names Andrew Aldridge, son of Mr. Aldridge, builder, &c. He was at work on a scaffold at Iping, a few miles from here, when, sad to relate, he fell from the same, dislocated his ancle and broke his leg. He was brought home on Tuesday in conveyance adapted for the purpose, and we are pleased to say is going on as well as the case will allow.
