     CHARLES JAMES GALE Judge of the County Court, in which a Petition, for protection from process, has been filed by JOHN MONK, the younger, of Petersfield, in the said County, Poulterer, Pork-butcher, and Dealer in Game, the said Insolvent, bearing date the 27th day of November, 1848, under the Statutes 5 and 6 Vic. c 116 7 and 8, Vic. c. 95, and 10 and 11 Vic. c 102, will sit on the 11th day of August, 1853, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon precisely, at the Town Hall, Petersfield, to Audit the Accounts of Chas. John Mellersh, the Official Assignee of the Estate and Effects of the said Insolvent, pursuant to the said Statutes.
