WHEREAS a Petition of GEORGE HOLLOWAY, of the Square, in the Parish of Petersfield, in the County of Southampton, Butcher and Castrator, an Insolvent Debtor, having been filed in the County Court of Hampshire, at Petersfield, and an Interim Order for protection from process having been given to the said George Holloway, under the provisions of the statutes in that case made and provided, the said George Holloway is hereby required to appear at the next Court, to be holden at the Town hall, at Petersfield aforesaid, on the 11th day of March next, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon precisely, for his first examination touching his debts, estate, and effects, and to be further dealt with according to the provisions of the said statutes; and notice is hereby given that the choice of assignees is to take place at the time so appointed.
All persons indebted to the said George Holloway, or who have any of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same but to Mr. Charles John Mellersh, the Clerk of the said County Court, at the Dragon-street, Petersfield, the Official Assignee acting in the matter of said Petilon.
