In the County Court of Hampshire, holden at Petersfield
WHEREAS a Petition of BENJAMIN CHATFIELD, of Dragon-street, in the Borough of Petersfield, in the County of Southampton, Bread and Gingerbread Baker, and Manufacturer of and Dealer in Sweets, an Insolvent Debtor, having been filed in the County Court of Hampshire, at Petersfield, and an Interim Order for the Protection from Process having been given to the said Benjamin Chatfield is hereby required to appear at the next Court to be holden at the Town Hall, at Petersfield aforesaid, on the 20th day of December inst., at half past eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely, for his first examination touching his Debts, Estate, and effects, and to be further dealt with according to the provisions of the said statutes; and Notice is hereby given, that the choice of Assignees is to take place at the time so appointed.
All Persons indebted to the said Benjamin Chatfield, or who have any of his Effects, are not to pay or deliver the same but to Mr. George Wansey, the Clerk of the said County Court, at his Office, in Dragon-street, Petersfield, the Official Assignee acting in the matter of the said Petition.
