Petersfield and Bishop’s Waltham.—To incorporate a company, with a capital of 150,000l. in 10l. shares, and 50,000l. by loan, for making a railway (length 12 miles 55 chains) from a junction with the Bishop’s Waltham, near its termination at that place, to a junction with the Portsmouth line of the South Western, near and at the south of its Petersfield station; to be completed within five years. The company to be authorised to contract with the London and South Western, with respect to the use and working of the intended railway, and the interchange of traffic.
