MISS PHILPS'S CHARITY.— All persons of and belonging to the parish of Petersfield, who have attended the age of 52 years, were supplied with a certain portion of bread on St. Thomas’s day, by the Churchwardens, Mr. G. Todman and G. P. R. Minty, esq. solicitor.
