PETERSFIELD.
BANKRUPT.—On Wednesday Charles Knight, of Spain, in this town, tailor, cow-keeper, and dairyman, filed his petition, and was adjudicated a bankrupt by Mr. C. J. Mellersh, the registrar, and received an order of protection until the 12th of September, which was fixed for the first examination. Mr. Paffard, of Portsea, is the solicitor in the bankruptcy.
