BANKRUPTCY GAOL DELIVERY.—Mr. B. C. Godwin, the Registrar of the County Court, held a bankruptcy delivery at the prison on Friday, and examined the following cases:—

Charles Parr, cattle dealer, of Steep, Petersfield; only detaining creditor, Mr. James Thatcher, Stoford, near Salisbury; debt, 97l. 18s. 2d.; total debts, about 600l.; has about 50l. worth of debts, mostly bad, but no books or papers; insolvency attributed to loss in trade. He was adjudged bankrupt, and ordered to surrender in London, on the 26th inst.
