JUVENILE BENEVOLENCE.—Within the last few months a juvenile Dorcas society has been set on foot by the children at the Misses Hensons’ establishment and during the past week the coats and garments they have made numbering 42 have been distributed amongst 21 poor children. This pleasing incident possesses additional interest from the fact that the idea originated entirely with the children themselves and they have employed a portion of their leisure time in making the numerous articles of clothing which have gladdened the heart of many a poor child and will be a great comfort to them at this inclement season. ‟Inasmuch as ye did it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye did it unto me.” Matthew XXV, 40.
