CLOTHING CLUB.—The annual distribution of clothing to the members of this club, took place on Friday last, at the Town Hall, when about 500 lots were given out, varying from 5s. to 15s. each. This Club was instituted three years ago, by the Rev. F. M. Cunningham, who has all along been most indefatigable in his attention to its interests. The poor pay in 1d. or 2d. a week, and at the end of the year the amount of their subscriptions is increased to half as much again from a fund raised by general subscription for that purpose; and it hardly need be said, that at this season of the year such a provision is of great value to the poor.
