—   James Shelley and Thomas Cawte, for trespassing on the property of Mr. Lyne, farmer, at Compton, in pursuit of rabbits, were fined £1 and 4s. 6d. costs each, or 21 days’ imprisonment.
—   Stephen Everitt, brought up on remand, charged with stealing 6 lbs, of sugar, the property Mr. J. Rattay, of Otterborne Hill, was committed for trial at the assizes. There is a former conviction against him.
