Kendel v. Chamen.—In this case a labourer, named George Kendel, now living at Avon, near Ringwood, sued Mr. John Chamen, a farmer, residing at Petersfield, for 9s., an arrear of wages.—As plaintiff did not appear to prosecute his claim, judgement was given in favour of defendant with costs.
