COUNTY POLICE CHANGES.—We hear that there is to be another series of changes in connection with the Superintendents of the Hampshire Constabulary, included in which is the removal of Superintendent Longland, who, out of the 23 years he has been in the force, has been stationed in the Bitterne district 16 years, to Petersfield, vice Stephenson, Superintendent Stannard, of Ringwood, being, we understand, appointed to fill up the Bitterne vacancy.
