PERNEL AND OTHERS v. ELSON.
This was an ejectment by the official assignee to recover certain land and cottages near Petersfield, belonging to the son of the defendant, who had become bankrupt.
Mr. M. Smith, Q.C., and Mr. Coleridge appeared fro the claimant; and Mr W. M. Cooke for the defendant.
The jury found for the claimant, subject to the right of dower of the defendant.
