COURT OF BANKRUPTCY, Feb 27.
(Before Mr. Commissioner Fonblanque.)

IN RE HENRY HOLDAWAY

The bankrupt, a brewer, carrying on business at Petersfield, came up on the question of certificate.

The solicitor to the assignees said that they did not offer any opposition, having refused to allow the bankrupt to apply for his certificate till the lapse of six months from the last examination, on the ground that the accounts were very unsatisfactory. That time had now elapsed, and the estate had paid a dividend of 1s. in the pound.

His Honour, after having inspected the proceedings granted the certificate forthwith.
