COURT OF BANKRUPTCY, LONDON,
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 14.
(Before Mr. Registrar Brougham.)
IN RE GOODE, OF EXTON.
The bankrupt, James Brackenbury Goude, was described as late a farmer, of Petersfield, since of Beacon Hill, Exton, out of business. At the last sitting it was ordered, on the application of Mr. Aldridge, for the official assignee, that another sitting should be held for the choice of assignees, the first sitting for that purpose having passed over without any choice being made.
The sitting so appointed was now held. Several creditors attended and proved their debts, and Mr. John Judd, miller, of West Meon, in this county, was chosen assignee.
