COURT OF BANKRUPTCY, LONDON
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 14,
(Before Mr. Registrar Bethell)
IN RE GOUDE , OF WINCHESTER.
The bankrupt, James Brackenbury Goude, was described as of Winchester, formerly a farmer, of Petersfield. He petitioned the Court on the 30th ultimatum., stating as the cause of his failure that he had been obliged by creditors to give up his farm in the early part of the year instead of after harvest. His debts are about 1,300l., of whom 747l. is due to Messrs. Bulpett and Hall, of Winchester.
This was the sitting for proof of debts and choice of assignees. No creditor attended, and the next sitting was appointed for the 2nd of December.
