TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS,

     NOTICE is hereby given,—That GEORGE BLACKMORE, of Petersfield, in the County of Southampton, Grocer and Baker, hath by an Indenture of Assignment, bearing date the 5th day of December, 1848, and made between the said George Blackmore, of the first part, Charles Cotton Butterfield, of Petersfield aforeseaid, Banker, and John Lickfold, of Headley, in the said County, Miller, of the second part, and the several other Persons whose names shall be subscribed thereto (being creditors), of the third part, conveyed and assigned all his Personal Estate and Effects to the said Charles Cotton Butterfield and John Lickfold, their Executors, Administrators, and Assigns, in trust for the equal benefit of such of the Creditors of the said George Blackmore as shall assent to and execute the said Indenture of Assignment, which is now lying at my Office for that purpose, within a reasonable time from, the date thereof. The said Indenture of Assignment was duly executed by the said George Blackmore on the said fifth day of December last, in the presence of and attested by Charles John Mellersh, of Petersfield aforesaid, Solicitor, and by the said Charles Cotton Butterfield and John Lickfold on the thirteenth day of December last, in the presence of, and attested by the said Charles John Mellersh,
