Died at Rogate, near this place, on Thursday last after two days illness, Mr. William Thorp, Groscer, farmer, &c., aged 66 years. He was a good husband—A kind father, and a generous friend. He has left a widow, one son, three daughters, to mourn his loss, besides, a large circle of friends, and acquaintances. He will be much missed in Parochial matters, as he was an old official in the parish and was looked up to with confidence for his honesty and integrity.
