In the County of Hampshire at Petersfield. 

WHEREAS a Petition of EDWARD GEORGE JAMES STALLARD, late of the Parish of Buriton, in the County of Southampton, and now of the Tithing of Sheet, in the said County, Harness maker Dealer, and Fellmonger, an insolvent Debtor, having been filed in the County Court of Hampshire, at Petersfield, and an Interim Order for Protection from Process having been given to the said Edward George James Stallard, under the provisions of the statutes in that case made and provided, the said Edward George James  Stallard is hereby required to appear at the next Court to be holden at the Town Hall, at Petersfield aforesaid on the 28th day of March, 1850, at half-past eleven o’clock in the forenoon precisely, for his first examination touching his Debts, Estate, and effects, and to be further dealt with according to the provisions of the said statutes: And Notice is hereby given, that the choice of Assignees is to take place at the time so appointed.

      All persons indebted to the said Edward George James Stallard, or who have any of his Effects, are not to pay or deliver the same but to George Wansey,  Esq. the Clerk of the said County Court, at Petersfield, the Official Assignee acting in the matter of the said petition,
