Have received instructions to Sell by Auction, on Tuesday, February 19th, 1867, the live and dead farming stock of Mr. F. Mells, quitting the above farm.

     LIVE STOCK.—10 good dairy cows, five with calves and five in calf, four good working horses, three year old bay filley, two year old black cart colt, four fine cows in pig, and some poultry.

     DEAD STOCK.—Iron arm waggon, dung and rave carts, two light spring carts, four horse-power thrashing machine, winnowing machine, drill, turnip slicer, Cambridge roller, iron and wood ploughs, drags, harrows, trace, thill and plough harness, about four tons of good meadow and about four tons of upland hay, about 1,000 good bavins in stack, about 400 alder and ash poles, dairy and brewing utensils and other articles.
