The Furniture includes good Brussels, Kidder, and felt carpets; handsome rosewood centre, card, and occasional tables; rosewood 6ft. book commode, side couch, easy chairs, music stool, set of wainscot extending dining tables, mahogany cellaret sideboard, whatnot side table, excellent mahogany winged library bookcase, library table, handsome set of 12 mahogany dining room and other sets of chairs, chintz & damask window curtains; oak hall table, chairs, umbrella stand; full-sized column post-bedstead with damask furniture, 12 French bedsteads with capital feather beds and bedding, several wardrobes, presses, sets of drawers and neat chamber furniture, a patent portable water closet, fenders, fire-irons, services of ware, &c. 

     In the Kitchen, Butler’s Pantry, and Offices, are good culinary requisites, excellent Spode’s dinner service, small complement of glass, and miscellaneous useful items. 

     Also, a few choice Engravings and Paintings, in handsome frames.
