THE Capital HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, comprising four-post and other bedsteads, feather beds, mattresses, &c., mahogany sideboard, mahogany dining and other tables, excellent barrelled organ, handsome chimney and other glasses, capital dinner service, plated candlesticks, moderator and other lamps, three copper boilers, mahogany secretary, 8-day and other clocks, bagatelle boards, spirit jars and measures, a 3-pull engine, settles, glasses, spittoons, large oak and deal tables, Windsor and other chairs, a large map, kitchen requisites and dairy utensils.
THE LIVE AND DEAD STOCK consists of a useful brown horse, capital pony, (4 years old), poultry, four-wheel chaise, light cart, two strong useful covered carts, wood cart, (iron arm) three rave carts, coal weighing machine and bags, plough, harrows, roller, small waggon, skittle plus and ball, quantity of oak, ash, and beech timber, stocks, spokes, and felloes, carpenter’s tools and bench, quantity of wheat and barley straw, fern rick, heap of manure, a stump of capital meadow hay, and miscellaneous articles, which will be enumerated in Catalogues, to be had at the principal Inns, and of the AUCTIONEER, Petersfield.
