ETHERINGTON has been instructed to SELL by AUCTION, at the above hotel, on Friday the 1st of July, 1864. ⎯ All the neat and modern HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE and Effects of a gentleman who is leaving the neighbourhood, comprising Arabian and other bedsteads; four prime goose feather beds, bolsters, and pillows; Witney blankets, sheets, mahogany chests of drawers; mahogany dining, loo, and other tables; dining and drawing room, and other chairs; kidder and other carpets; valuable Cottage PIANOFORTE, by a first-rate London maker: couch in green damask, wash tables and fittings, dressing tables and glasses; pictures, china, glass, and crockery; culinary utensils, and numerous other effects, which will enumerated in catalogues to be had at the place of sale, and of Mr. G. Etherington, land and estate agent, and general valuer, Dragon-street, Petersfield.
