Eastmeon, Hants.— To be Sold by Auction (unless previously disposed of by Private Contract), by

     MR. RICHARD AUSTIN, at the Red Lion Inn, Petersfield, on TUESDAY, the 23rd day of June next, at 2 o’clock in the Afternoon, a very desirable FARM and LANDS, called HARROWAY FARM, situate at Ramsdean, in the parish of Eastmeon, Hants, comprising 107 acres, 0 roods, 39 perches, chiefly arable land, lying well together and in a good state of cultivation, the property having been for some years past, and now being, in the occupation of the proprietor. 

     The Estate is copyhold of inheritance of the Manor of Eastmeon, and is nearly equal to freehold, the fine on death and alienation being only £2 2s 2d certain.
