Live Stock —Twelve fine fat heifers, two very choice rising two years old; six handsome short-horn and Jersey cows in calf, three active strong cart horses, one nag horse, quiet to ride or drive; 20 South Down ewes, two good shuts, and a quantity of fowls.
Dead Stock—Good iron-arm waggon, iron-arm Scotch dung cart and frame, two wood arm dung carts (nearly new), hay-making machine and horse rake, two chaff cutters, two one-wheel ploughs, two drags, five harrows, capital chain harrows, good turnip cutter by Gardener, winnowing machine and barn utensils, trace, thill, plough, and light harness, oilcake crusher, iron wheelbarrow, quantity of sheep troughs and cages, quantity of hurdles, two ladders, large rick cloth, with poles and pullies complete (nearly new), corn lines, corn bin & sieve, pig troughs, water barrel, large quantity of tiles and glazed lights, lot of old timber, and many other farming implements.
