MINCHIN has received instructions to SELL by AUCTION, at the Red Lion Inn, Petersfield, on Thursday, the 7th day of April, 1859, at Three o’Clock in the Afternoon, (Subject to such Conditions of Sale as will be then and there produced), in One Lot, Free of Land Tax, The following FREEHOLD PROPERTY, FOUR FREEHOLD COTTAGES, brick built and tiled, with about half-an-acre of productive Garden to each cottage, fuel houses and piggeries, in the occupation of Messrs. Upfield, Turner, Aylward, and Hounsome, as half-yearly tenants; the cottages are in good repair, and situate near to the Military Camp at Woolmer, and within a Mile of the railway Station at Liss. Producing a rental of 17l. 10s. per annum.

     All Allotments made in Right of the above Property will be included in the Purchase.
