MELLERSH will SELL by AUCTION, at the Red Lion Hotel, Petersfield, on Saturday, May 15th, 1858, at One o’Clock, in Lots,—About 40 Acres of FREEHOLD LAND, tithe and land tax free, extremely well adapted for building purposes, and situate on Stroud Common, about one mile from the proposed Railway Station at Petersfield; also three Rent Charges of 1l., 3l., and 4l. each, chargeable on the Garden Allotments, set out under the Steep, Liss, and Rogate Inclosures.
