Richards, Esq., who is leaving the neighbourhood, to SELL by PUBLIC AUCTION on the Premises, in the Market Place, Petersfield, on Thursday, May 17, 1860, and following day, commencing each day at Twelve o’clock punctually, all the well-manufactured HOUSEHOLD EQUIPMENT of the Residence, comprising the Furniture of DRAWING & DINING ROOMS, in handsome pattern nearly new Brussels carpets and rugs, fenders and fire irons, sets of chairs, sofas, couches, easy chairs, cheffioneers, capital telescopic dining table, secretary, bookcase, centre, card, and occasional tables, suits of curtains, chimney and pier glasses, VALUABLE MUSICAL BOX by Nicolle, the contents of the LIBRARY in mahogany enclosed bookcase, three other cases, library table, tapestry carpet, about 1,000 VOLUMES OF STANDARD WORKS, including the writings of Shakespeare, Byron, Cowper, Milton, Newton, Fielding, D’Israeli, and other men of eminence.
