     MR . G. ETHERINGTON has received instructions from Mr. Penny, who is quitting his farm, to SELL by AUCTION, on Monday, 28th of September, 1863,—The whole of the valuable LIVE and DEAD

STOCK

     LIVE STOCK—Seven strong young cart horses, mare and colt, 2-year old colt and four yearlings, capital mare pony and horse (both quiet to ride or drive), sixteen handsome dairy cows, 16 2-year old heifers, 12 calves, 150 sheep, 50 fine shuts. 

     DEAD STOCK—Three good iron-arm waggons, four dung carts, two rollers, four ploughs, set of wood and set of iron drags, harrows, threshing machine, barley and winnowing machine, chaff cutter driven by horse power or hand, hay making machine, horse hoe, trace, thill, and plough harness, rick cloths and pullies, 130 dozen hurdles and shores, 600 bavins, sheep troughs, and a large quantity of farming implements.

     Which will be enumerated in Catalogues, to be had five days prior to the sale, at the above Farm, at the principal Inns, and of Mr. G. Etherington, Auctioneer and General Valuer, Dragon-street, Petersfield.
