     HAS received instructions to Sell by Auction, at the Spread Eagle Inn, Liss, near Petersfield, on MONDAY, the 25th day of July, 1864, at two o’clock In the afternoon, subject to such conditions as will then be produced, in the following or such other lots as the vendor may determine upon at the time of sale, 6 ACRES, 1 ROOD, 37 PERCHES of FREEHOLD BUILDING LAND, situate in the picturesque Forest of Liss, and at Rake Down, about four miles from Petersfield. Tithe free. 

Lot 1—consists of 2 roods 28 perches of land, at Forest Side, near Liss Mill, abutting on the east upon a cottage and garden, in the occupation of John Knight. 

Lot 2—A piece of land near lot 1, containing 1 rood 2 perches. 

Lot 3—A piece of land adjoining lot 2, containing 2 roods 21 perches, and abutting on the north and west upon cottage and garden belonging to Mr Robert Jenkins. 

Lot 4—A piece of Land near Rake, containing 3 roods, 16 perches, with a Cottage thereon, now in the occupation of Edward Fortescue. 

Lot 5—A piece of Land adjoining Reed’s Farm and Lot 4, containing 3 roods, 13 perches.
