     A VERY VALUABLE & DESIRABLE COPYHOLD ESTATE,—rated tax redeemed and t??r free situate in the parish of Steep about two miles from the town of Petersfield, comprising about 80 acres of excellent enclosed arable, pasture, hop, and wood land, in a good state of cultivation, in a ring fence, with comfortable farmhouse, barn yard, stables, cow shed, and hop east, all in good repair and in the occupation of Mr. James Amey, whose tenancy expires at Michaelmas next.

     This property is situate in a most picturesque country, near to the much admired Stoner Hill, and is about two miles from the Petersfield and Liss Stations on the Direct Portsmouth Railway. It is held of the Manor of Eastmeon paying a fine certain on admission, and a small annual quit rent.
