     MR. EDWARD WYATT is instructed by the Devisees in Trust of the late Colonel Buckner, to SELL by AUCTION, at Petersfield, about the end of June next (1862),—A very Valuable and Desirable COPYHOLD ESTATE, Land Tax redeemed and Timber free, lying in a complete ring fence, situate in the parish of Steep, about two miles from the town of Petersfield, comprising about 80 statute acres of old enclosed arable, pasture, wood and hop land in a good state of cultivation, with a comfortable farm house, barn, yard, stables, cow shed, and hop oast, all in good repair, in the occupation of Mr. J. Amey, whose tenancy expires at Michaelmas next.

   The above estate is Copyhold of the Manor of Eastmeon, paying a fine certain on admission, and small annual quit rents; is within two miles of the Liss and of the Petersfield Railway Stations of Direct Portsmouth Railway.
