     Mr. G. ETHERINGTON will SELL by AUCTION, at the Red Lion Inn, Petersfield. on Thursday, the 11th day of June, 1857, at Three for Four o’clock in the afternoon, subject to conditions to be then and there produced 

Lot 1—A Brick and Slate COTTAGE, consisting of four rooms, with a woodhouse, productive garden containing 15 perches more or less, and a well of excellent water, in the occupation of Mrs. Childs, as yearly tenant, at the rent of 5l. per year.
      This Lot is numbered 145 on the Tithe Commutation Map. R

Lot 2—A MESSUAGE in Five Tenements, with Gardens allotted to the same, in the several occupations of Messrs. Adams, Manser, Neal and Blunden, as weekly tenants. Also, a piece of highly productive Arable LAND, containing by admeasurement (with the Gardens) 1A. 1R. 6P. more or less, in the occupation of Mr. James Cole as yearly tenant, at the rent of 3l. per annum The Purchaser will be entitled to the allotment by the Commissioner for enclosing the Common Lands of Sheet.
The numbers of it on the Tithe Commutation Map are 145, 146, and 148.
     This Lot has an extensive frontage on the Portsmouth and Sheet Turnpike Road, and is most eligibly situate for the erections of Villas, the scenery around being very picturesque and the situation particularly healthy.
