     IS instructed TO OFFER FOR SALE BY PUBLIC AUCTION, in Two Lots, at the Red Lion Inn, Westmeon, on Monday, the 30th day of March, 1863, at three o’clock in the afternoon, the following DESIRABLE PROPERTY:—

Lot 1   consists of a COPYHOLD COTTAGE, in two tenements, and large productive garden, situate in the Street of Westmeon, and adjoining the property of Mr. Pratt. This Lot is copyhold of inheritance under the Manor of Westmeon, and has a frontage of 43 feet.

Lot 2   comprises about 16 acres of rich FREEHOLD, ARABLE, AND WATER MEADOW LAND, with barn, stable, piggeries and other convenient out-buildings. The Land is in good condition and adjoining the Estate of Lord gage, and now in the occupation of Mr. John Bridgen, of Westmeon.
