SMITH is instructed to offer to PUBLIC COMPETITION, on Wednesday, the 17th day of March, at the Red Lion Hotel, Petersfield, (Sale to commence at Three o’clock in the afternoon) the DUNANNIE ESTATE, consisting of a Genteel RESIDENCE and about 23 Acres of good Pasture and Arable LAND, for many years the, residence of the late Dr. Quarrier.
