     SUPERIOR LIVE AND DEAD FARMING STOCK TO be SOLD by AUCTION, by Mr. G. ETHERINGTON, on the Premises on Monday and Tuesday, the 27th and 28th of September, 1858, by Order of the Proprietor, Mr. George Gadd, who is leaving the farm. The Live Stock consists of six strong cart horses, very excellent cob, quiet to ride or drive, five years old; three  year old colt, two year old ditto, very handsome dark brown well bred nag horse, rising four years old, six handsome dairy cows, four heifers, rising two years old, seven weaning calves, handsome bull, rising two years old, 19 ewes, five sows and 29 good pigs, 17 fine shuts, Iarge quantity of poultry, four stalls of bees. 

     The Dead Stock comprises three good waggons, three dung carts, rave cart, iron and wood rollers, three ploughs, drags, harrows andl tackle, two turnip cutters by Banbury, chaff cutter, oil cake crusher, two ring presser, thrashing machine, two horse hoes, five pair of trace harness, four pair thill ditto, six pair plough ditto, nine halters, good gig and harness, four-wheel carriage, quantity of wattles and hurdles, lot of wheeler’s timber, 1½ acre of potatoes garden roller and tools, malt mill, saddle and bridle, and other farming implements.—Household furniture, dairy and brewing utensils, beds, bedsteads, chairs, tables, chests of drawers, dressing tables, glasses, pots, kettles, glass, crockery, two butter tumblers, 50 milk pans, mash and tun tubs, coolers, casks, & many other useful articles.
