FREEHOLD AND COPYHOLD PROPERTY,
In the Parishes of Eastmeon & Froxfield.

     MR. MINCHIN has received instructions from the Executors of the late Mr. John Cawley to SELL by AUCTION, at the Dolphin Hotel, Petersfield, at two o'clock in the afternoon, on Wednesday, the 28th day of July, 1858, in Two Lots, the following FREEHOLD and COPYHOLD PROPERTY:— 

Lot 1.—Two FREEHOLD COTTAGES, stone built and thatched; also a brick built and slated Cottage, with about 20 rod of Garden, near the Trooper Public House, in the Parish of Froxfield, now in the occupation of Messrs. Henry Clark, William Aslet, and Simon Barnet, producing a rental of 12l. per annum. 

Lot 2.—A substantial and well-built six-room, slated COTTAGE, with about 70 rod of Garden, and Woodhouse, situate in Chapel-street, Eastmeon, now in the occupation of Mr. Joseph Kill, producing a rental of 6l. 10s. per annum.
The above is Copyhold of Inheritance, held under the Manor of Eastmeon.
