MELLERSH will SELL by AUCTION, at the Mart, opposite the Bank of England, on Monday, July the 21st, 1862, at 12 o'clock. in one lot, a FREEHOLD and TITHE FREE ESTATE, known as ‟Jolly Robins,” and ‟Hnsler’s” or ‟Webb’s” FARMS, exceedingly well situate in the Parish of Hawkley, a proverbially beautiful district, and about three miles from the Liss Station on the Portsmouth Railway, the whole lying compactly together, and intersected by good roads.
The property consists of a farm house, the necessary agricultural buildings, and above 73 acres of excellent hop, arable, meadow, and wood land, as now let to Mr. John Bennett, at 112l. per annum.
